How it Works
Working with SAR solutions is simple and consistent when ordering video or photographic content. Our drone operators are FAA approved, insured, and vetted by us. On each job, we capture a set of images and videos that are defined by the purchased photo package and any special instructions given by you. You receive a file download of the individual elements which can be used to create whatever kind of media posting or presentation you like. We can also create a short edited video for you. Please see the example below of captured elements and a video made of combining some of the elements.

Booking a Photo/Video Package.
For example: if you want to order set of videos and photographs for a residential real estate property you want to market, you can choose from one of our photographic packages that fit your needs.
In the package, you will find a list and description of each type of photograph and/or video segment that will be captured.
Our pilots are trained to take all the photographs and videos from the proper angle and altitude utilizing uniform flight patterns and camera settings. They will treat your image package like a checklist and will capture each photo or video segment in a consistent manner that you'll be able to publish instantly upon delivery or hand off to a video editing professional to be recombined to tell your properties story.
Within 24 hours of the flight, we will upload to you a set of all the photographs and video segments captured. These image files can be used either individually or combined together using any video editing program. If you choose a short edited "Info" video package our in house video editing professionals can produce short clips for you that will be ready for posting or publication within 3 days.

If the weather requirements for the Mission are Up to 10% cloudy, there should be little to no clouds in the sky. The customer is willing to wait for these conditions to be met. See example images here:
If the weather requirements for the Mission are Up to 50% cloudy, clouds can cover up to half of the sky. This is the most common requirement for real estate Missions. See example images here:
If the weather requirements for the Mission are Up to 100% cloudy, clouds can cover the enture sky. Customers choose this because they want a fast turnaround time or want us to fly on a specific date. This is the most common requirement for insurance, inspection, and construction Missions. The only reason we should be rescheduling is if it is raining or if it is too windy to fly. See example images here:
